Industrial Evaporative Coolers
As fluid to be cooled enters the coils of an Evaporative Fluid Cooler, a three dimensional water spray covers the entire external coil surface. Simultaneously, upward moving air sweeps over the coil’s wetted surfaces causing evaporation to take place. The enormous energy-absorbing effect of the water vapor withdraws heat from the coils and from their contained fluid. As the saturated and heated air escapes through the top of the unit, the absorbed heat is dissipated into the atmosphere.
No Chemical Treatment Required
As the coil is left free to expand and contract naturally, it does not clog with scale. This eliminates the need for chemical treatment. Periodic removal of the water from the base trough or sump ensures cleanliness of the system.
Big On Utility Savings
A unique, non-clogging nozzle system ensures that the coils are flooded at all times. The result - lower horse power fans!
